2024 Fall Move-In
Move-In:
- Saturday, August 10 and Sunday, August 11: First Year Students, Transfer Students and New Graduates
- Monday, August 12 - Sunday, August 18: Returning students
Move-In Appointments Open:
Make move-in appointments at My Housing. Students will receive time-tickets to select a move-in appointment beginning on the following dates:
- July 9 - Incoming First-Year Residents
- July 2 - Incoming Transfer Residents
- June 20 - Returning Undergraduate and Graduate Residents
- June 28 - Family Residents
Drive-Thru Check-in
August 10 and 11: East Campus and West Campus Residents Only
Who: Incoming First-Year and Transfer Students living on East or West Campus
Where: Campus Recreation Center parking deck (review this map to check-in)
When: Arrive at the deck within your 15 minute check-in appointment window
What to prepare for:
- Stay in your car throughout check-in process.
- Signage directing you to single car and multi-car lanes.
- The check-in location has a maximum height of 7-feet 6-inches to enter. This means U-hauls and other taller vehicles will not be able to enter.
- The resident should be in one of the front seats of the car with their photo ID and check-in ticket (QR code emailed to them) ready in hand.
- In the parking deck, residents will receive a check-in envelope with all necessary materials.
- Volunteers will direct you to your unloading zone near your residence hall.
Area Office Check-in
August 10 and 11: North Ave, GLC, and Tenth and Home Residents Only
Who: New Graduate and Transfer students living in North Ave, GLC, or Tenth and Home
August 12-18: All residents
Who: All residents
Where: Check-in will be at your area office.
When: Arrive at the office at the time of your move-in appointment
What to prepare for:
- Park and go into the area office with student's photo ID and check-in ticket (QR code emailed to them) in hand.
- At the office residents will receive their BuzzCard and/or key(s).
- After checking in, residents will begin unloading using available bins.
