Arriving Late?

We know extenuating circumstances can arise when planning for move-in. If you arrive after the Area Offices are closed or you plan to arrive after the first day of classes, please follow the instructions below.

After-Hours

  • If the Area Office is closed when you arrive, call the RA on-duty. The number is on a yellow card on the front door of your residence hall. 
  • All students who arrive after the Area Office is closed will pick up their keys from the area office on the next business day.

Late Arrival

After Classes Begin

If you plan to arrive after the first day of classes, you are considered a "Late Arrival." Please submit a Housing Help Desk ticket and let us know when you plan to arrive. 

Unless we know that you do plan to check into your room late, it is possible that you would be declared a no-show and your room given to another student.
