First-Year Programs and Engagement Fee
Assessed to all on-campus, first-year residents supports Georgia Tech’s first-year programming and Week of Welcome initiatives designed to ensure a successful and engaging transition for incoming students. These programs provide targeted support, peer connections, and early exposure to campus resources that promote academic, social, and personal success.

Living Learning Community Rate/Frequency Programs Fee Explanation First-Year Living Learning Community $400/semester This additional fee is for the first year of participation only. First-Year Living Learning Community $200/semester Ignite This is only a summer-only program. First-Year Living Learning Community $200/semester FYSA This fee is for students living with FYSA on-campus in the spring only. Please see their website for fall semester fees. Transfer Living Learning Community $250/semester This additional fee is for the first year of participation only. Upper-Class Undergraduate Living Learning Community $400/semester This rate is for any semester you live with I-House. You can apply for numerous semesters. Upper-Class Undergraduate Living Learning Community $200/semester This rate is for any semester you live with the program. For WST, you can apply for numerous semesters.
