What do you enjoy most about being a hall director? I thoroughly enjoy seeing my RA staff grow as people and in their role. I also enjoy the random connections and conversations I get to share with my residents.
What kinds of things should residents come to you for? Any appropriate conversation they would like to have. This year I had conversations ranging from helping to pick dinner to conversations helping boost self-confidence after a stressful day or week.
