Eighth Street South Apartments (ESS) consist of two, four, and six bedroom apartments. All residents of an apartment share a living room and kitchen, and two residents share one bath.

West Community Housing Office (WCHO)
Bedrooms:Twin bed (extra-long mattress), desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and dresser per resident. Can be independently set up in four ways: low, medium, high, and bunked. This description applies to nearly all rooms in this building. Not all rooms have the equipment to raise beds to the "medium" position.
Living/dining spaces: sofa, chairs, side tables, and dining table with chairs.
Located on the zero floor of Eighth Street West.
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave as well as a full size stove, oven, and refrigerator.
A study room and/or lounge is on each floor.
Residents have access to activity rooms in 8th St East and West.
Certain rooms may have a slightly different configuration due to design differences and renovations. Some pictures are of actual student rooms and may contain additional furniture and decoration provided by the resident. Eighth Street South Apartments was built in 1995.
