Wellness and Healthy Hives

Wellness and Healthy Hives

Housing & Residence Life has partnered with Campus Recreation to bring our residents Healthy Hives. Healthy Hives envisions a campus where every student thrives—fueled by movement, connection, resilience, and innovation within residential spaces.
Our Mission

Our Mission

Healthy Hives brings well-being to life in campus housing through free, hands-on programs that make movement, mindfulness, and personal growth part of everyday student life. Through group workouts, guided meditations, interactive workshops, and community events, students build sustainable habits, strengthen connections, and discover simple ways to care for their body and mind—right where they live, grow, and thrive.
