Senior Leadership Roles
Senior Director of Facilities

This senior leadership role is critical to advancing the planning, operation, and long-term care of our residential facilities in support of student success and institutional priorities.

The Senior Director of Facilities provides strategic and operational leadership for facilities management within Housing and Residence Life, overseeing maintenance, renewal, capital coordination, and facilities-related services across the residential portfolio. The role works closely with campus partners to ensure safe, reliable, and forward-looking residential environments for students, staff, and guests.

Director of Residence Life

The Director provides strategic oversight for residential education, student engagement, and community development initiatives, while leading efforts to enhance the residential experience for our students.

The role is responsible for long-term planning, resource management, staff development, and collaboration with campus partners to advance departmental and institutional priorities.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of housing and residence life, a commitment to student success, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and implement innovative programs and services.
