Hall Director
Iyanna Williams (she/her)
What building do I work in? Woodruff
Hometown/Home State: Brooklyn, NY
Alma Mater: Louisiana State University and Buffalo State University
What do you enjoy most about being a hall director? I love the connections I am able to make with students and being able to support them thorough the ups and downs.
What kind of community vibe do you hope to create in your building(s)? The vibe I would like to create in Woodruff is a family atmosphere. I want residents to leave Woodruff knowing they made friendships that will last a lifetime. I also want everyone to feel welcomed, supported, and included, regardless of their background. My goal is to build a community where people look out for one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and create lasting memories together.
Cats, dogs, or something else? (tell us more!): I love Dogs and i have a mini shy Aussie doddle and he is learning to work with getting comfortable with people.
