About Harris
Harris Hall (HRS) is a suite style building. Four residents live in two two-person rooms and share a full bathroom.
The beds are adjustable in height. This description applies to nearly all rooms in the building.

Some pictures are of actual student rooms and may contain additional furniture and decoration provided by the resident. The hall was built in 1926 and renovated in 1992.
Please note that while the residence hall includes communal kitchens, cookware and utensils are not provided. If residents plan to cook, be sure to bring your own items and label them clearly.
Hall Director
Georgia Tech Hall Directors are full-time professional staff who lead the residential experience within our communities. They cultivate supportive and engaging living environments by supervising Resident Assistants (RAs), advising Hall Councils, responding to student needs, and fostering partnerships across campus.
Through leadership, education, and community building, Hall Directors help create connected, caring residential communities where every Yellow Jacket can thrive.

What do you enjoy most about being a hall director? I thoroughly enjoy seeing my RA staff grow as people and in their role. I also enjoy the random connections and conversations I get to share with my residents.
What kinds of things should residents come to you for? Any appropriate conversation they would like to have. This year I had conversations ranging from helping to pick dinner to conversations helping boost self-confidence after a stressful day or week.
