Academic Year Roommate Search: 

• April 25 - June 28: Living Learning Community Students may select roommates. 

• June 10 - 28: All First-Year Students may select roommates. 

Academic Year Room Selection and Move-In Appointment: 

• July 9 - 12: Students will receive a room selection time-ticket AND make move-in appointments. 

Academic Year Room Swap: 

• July TBA: Students may room swap during this period. 

Summer iGniTe Roommate Search:  

• May 10 - June 3: All iGniTe Students may select roommates. 

Summer iGnite Room Selection and Move-In Appointment: 

• June 11: iGniTe students will be assigned to their summer room with their selected roommates. Summer students do not self-assign. 

• June 20: iGniTe Students Move-in.

Graduate and Family Housing Options 

Please note, students can apply for housing once their admission is verified and finalized by the Office of Graduate Education. Once a student is admitted by their department, the Office of Graduate Education will complete an application verification and evaluation process which can take between six to eight weeks from the date that your required documents are received. In some cases, it can take up to 12 weeks during peak admission times.
