Late Arrival Process

 
After Hours

If the Area Office is closed when you arrive, call the RA on-duty. The number is posted on the front door of your residence hall. 

All students who arrive after the Area Office is closed will pick up their BuzzCard and/or key(s) from the area office on the next business day. 

After Classes Begin

If you plan to arrive after the first day of classes, you are considered a "Late Arrival." Please submit a Housing Help Desk ticket and let us know when you plan to arrive. 

Without proper notification that you plan to check into your room late, it is possible that you would be declared a no-show and your room given to another student.
